metal musician

2017-08-13 17:18:07 UTC

is seeing something in their minds eye

2017-08-13 17:18:10 UTC

as they make music

2017-08-13 17:18:14 UTC

the other, however competent

2017-08-13 17:18:17 UTC

are just sounding out things

2017-08-13 17:18:20 UTC

and hoping they stick

2017-08-13 17:18:57 UTC

that's why even awkward and hesitant stuff can be grand

2017-08-13 17:19:03 UTC

a good musician always has to be intuitive imo

2017-08-13 17:19:06 UTC

but technical stuff sounding very drab and disconnected

2017-08-13 17:19:12 UTC

it's a prequisite

2017-08-13 17:19:23 UTC

Yes. Classical starts out with a stone block, keeps carving until it's something. Metal already starts out with a picture, what it tries to do is upping its resolution and clarifying.

2017-08-13 17:19:48 UTC

Bring it to life @Nester

2017-08-13 17:20:08 UTC

THERE!!! THERE!! IS MY CREATION

2017-08-13 17:20:09 UTC

No, it brings the artist to life.

2017-08-13 17:20:31 UTC

It's already mountainous, he only needs to make that clear.

2017-08-13 17:20:45 UTC

He's a servant.

2017-08-13 17:20:51 UTC

A discoverer.

2017-08-13 17:20:53 UTC

Interesting perspective

2017-08-13 17:21:10 UTC

Classical music is not discovery(unless it's good), but invention.

2017-08-13 17:21:48 UTC

Pictures At an Exhibition is the best

2017-08-13 17:22:05 UTC

The good metal musicians knows what to clarify, and how to clarify.

2017-08-13 17:22:08 UTC

From metal to classical, best piece to start with IMO

2017-08-13 17:22:17 UTC
2017-08-13 17:22:25 UTC

2017-08-13 17:22:30 UTC

2017-08-13 17:22:49 UTC

2017-08-13 17:22:50 UTC

2017-08-13 17:22:53 UTC

2017-08-13 17:23:00 UTC

Yeah, from 3:30

2017-08-13 17:23:08 UTC

I've heard this

2017-08-13 17:23:09 UTC

famous melody

2017-08-13 17:23:56 UTC

It's not a famous melody

2017-08-13 17:24:07 UTC

It's not one of his popular works, iirc

2017-08-13 17:24:16 UTC

I've heard it here and there

2017-08-13 17:24:27 UTC

He has reinterpreted it himself in many different ways

2017-08-13 17:24:27 UTC

its really good

2017-08-13 17:24:56 UTC

It's magic.

2017-08-13 17:25:08 UTC

None of that classical bullshit

2017-08-13 17:25:54 UTC

The allegro is great too
