it used to be you got news by hearsay
I know, but this seem to be what I observe from daily life
there was basically a traditional network
of news spreading person to person
it boggles my mind at how many things about society have been proven to be wrong (oftentimes more than once, in these 3 generations), and yet all the elites do is tack on more of the same shit, with variations of wording and presentation, and then push it yet again.
you still have that in a limited form in small euro towns etc.
then modern media basically resulted in the death of this
via newspapers, television, radio etc.
but now, we're seeing the same thing develop again
via mass media this time
only now, the hearsay guy doesn't have to be physically close to you
most people dont give any thought to how unique "the news" is
just that idea
in the form we know it I mean
when I said the battlefield was human consciousness, that's because mass media in a way IS leftism
without mass media
there is no leftism
its really that simple
but that does nothing about the actual activity of mass media as it stands
@here not to burst anyone's bubble, but there's VERY HIGH amounts of rumors that discord is gonna purge alt right servers.
