i read somewhere that most (male) prison facilities are atleast 80 percent black, with other minority races making up the mix, and about 5 to 1 percent being whites
i dont know if the same holds true for womens prisons
France : jails > 90% of black and arabians

The most awful things i saw from justice
Men who go to jail for nothing or for a doubt, and who stay long years, because of the procedure & magistrates decisions

Justice cannot be applied in countries
It can be applied into tribes, communities
But not in countries
Every case are differents
And law tries to put all these shits into a book

that sort of justice can exist only in cultures, once it is lost to the culture, and the people (or its leaders) tries to recover it with laws, it inherently fails
