I stopped consuming supplemental whey protein 6 months ago and noticed literally zero difference
yeah
I went from 200g whey protein a day and feeling like shit, to 4-6 eggs or 2-3 chicken thighs a day and feeling great
people who say "the important thing is that we are having this conversation" are idiots
4 eggs should have literally 30g protein in it yet it does more for my body than 200g whey powder
obviously things are not how they seem here
do spergs tell you that 4 eggs a day will give you heart disease
