I'm doing rice bucket and towel pullups rn basically

so it looks like climbers think about it in terms of how much of their hand is over the edge they're hanging from and how much their thumb is involved

so I hang in false grip until failure, then repeat for each knuckle

so it's first knuckle hang, second knuckle hang, fingertip hang, all to failure

and repeat

I have pretty strong hands and that kicks my ass still even with two hands
