well it's bizarre, when I ate 200g protein a day as protein powder my muscles sucked, recovery was awful, but even as little as 4 eggs a day or 2 chicken thighs and my muscles are fine
so I basically do not believe in macros anymore since clearly grams of protein is not what matters
