Z, youre asking for simething unreasonable. You need planet sized mass to have water stick to anything. We can't have planet sized mass on a planet to conduct an experiment like that. This doesnt mean gravity cant have water form around the exterior of a ball in the globe model. This is the flaw of relying on nothing but experimental science.
