then you'll get hungry as soon as your blood sugar drops, and you'll eat more

2017-10-02 18:14:24 UTC

And since the body takes blood sugar first, then fat reserves, and then muscle mass,

2017-10-02 18:14:26 UTC

they never lose their fat

2017-10-02 18:15:07 UTC

Yeah

2017-10-02 18:15:16 UTC

Brb

2017-10-02 18:16:28 UTC

fasting is key to healthy eating

2017-10-02 18:16:55 UTC

Fasting and avoiding sugar

2017-10-02 18:17:04 UTC

(except for small amounts, like in berries, obviously)

2017-10-02 18:17:30 UTC

yeah. i consume a lot of fruit sugars. I eat vegan except for hunted meat

2017-10-02 18:17:36 UTC

killed by me.

2017-10-02 18:17:42 UTC

Hunting is the only acceptable way to eat meat

2017-10-02 18:17:54 UTC

I've considered becoming a hunter

2017-10-02 18:18:01 UTC

I like being in the forest, I would enjoy hunting

2017-10-02 18:18:05 UTC

But I don't know

2017-10-02 18:18:13 UTC

I don't want to take from the sacred land, unless I need to to survive

2017-10-02 18:19:09 UTC

I think there are ecologically acceptable forms of animal agriculture, though it requires a much smaller density of pasturing than profitable. they can be best incorporated into a farm as employees in land management

2017-10-02 18:19:24 UTC

I think so, too

2017-10-02 18:19:45 UTC

specifically native poultry for scratching and seeding, and native boar for rooting and mudding. no tractor required

2017-10-02 18:20:40 UTC

when I get my acreage next year i will be adopting some turkey and guineafowl, boar for such a purpose. i wont be eating them, though I may eat a turkey egg once in a while

2017-10-02 18:20:50 UTC

Sure, eat some eggs

2017-10-02 18:21:04 UTC

It's like drinking the blood of a menstruating woman

2017-10-02 18:21:07 UTC

totally fine

2017-10-02 18:22:02 UTC

yeah. I cant let them rot in the coopmobile

2017-10-02 18:22:52 UTC

Hagel what type of wildlife lives in your area?

2017-10-02 18:23:18 UTC

I recently moved here. I am not sure

2017-10-02 18:23:38 UTC

I would imagine, boars. They are very common in Sweden

2017-10-02 18:25:43 UTC

critically endangered Unique Swedish mountain cattle

2017-10-02 18:25:54 UTC

There are deer

2017-10-02 18:26:00 UTC

they produce low milk content, the milk is highly fatty

2017-10-02 18:26:02 UTC

But they're endangered and you're not allowed ot hunt them

2017-10-02 18:27:06 UTC

There are moose, which are hunted

2017-10-02 18:27:24 UTC

Is there a plural form of moose? I've never used this word in English in my life until now

2017-10-02 18:27:45 UTC

84 species of native mammals according to wiki

moose is the plural of moose

2017-10-02 18:27:52 UTC

like geese

2017-10-02 18:27:59 UTC

or shrimp

2017-10-02 18:28:14 UTC

There are bears in my municipality

2017-10-02 18:28:32 UTC

and wolves

2017-10-02 18:28:56 UTC

Sounds tasty

2017-10-02 18:29:45 UTC

I need to start hunting. Got my .308 browning decked out. Got all my licenses. Just need a mentor and or someone to scope shit out with

2017-10-02 18:30:18 UTC

old bear is very unappetizing, bear cub is edible, though the vicious mother is not really

2017-10-02 18:30:41 UTC
