i feel for the mods here since i've been in that situation, but on the r/forza discord server. it can be stressful

so germany has the centrist right and centrist left AFD (populist right) and lets say extreme right and extreme left

AFD came in 3rd

after centrist right and centrist left (cdu and spd for u plebs out there)

SPD has been getting massacred lately so they initially dont want to do a coalition with merkel

the only other choice is centrist right extreme left and extreme right. And of course the two extremes cannot agree

so her choice is a government that cannot compromise with itself. Or pick up SPD again
