Helium is less dense than air, mass has nothing to do with it, I drop a 1kg lead weght, i drop a 2kg lead weight I drop a 3kg lead weight they all accelerate down at the same rate.
I drop a 1kg helium balloon, I drop a 2kg helium balloon, I drop a 3kg helium balloon they all accelerate UP at the same rate.
Mass doesn't manipulate direction or acceleration, DENSITY however does
