I've overclocked phenom and piledriver (i think thats the fx 8000 series)

literally AM3+ you didn't even have to OC and it would throttle the north bridge

bulldozer is FX 8000

yeah i put tiny fans on my am3+ board around the north bridge

glad to be rid of the fx 8320 though

had to do that with a client's build, lol

without an OC that thing was producing heat to compete with my 1060

and my 1060 alone is doing well to make me block off my heater

honestly the 1060 is really efficient

I'm surprised how cold my room still gets with two Xeons and a 980 OC'd to 1480 (I didn't really push too much)

xeons have to be efficient tho

since they're for databases and shit

also kinda sad that I couldn't find the supermicro BIOS that allowed me to OC

hot as fuck

only 24 total, still hot as hell

and i had to redneck my heatsyncs

wish i could've found cheap xeons
