@RemoteBeef092 I would say same rules apply. Difference in Booker and Kavanaugh's case is that in the allegation against Kavanaugh, there was a rejection and a struggle. That IS sexual assault. There was no rejection or struggle in Booker's case (he states she swiped away the hand once...while they were consentually kissing). That's not, as far as I'm concerned, sexual assault.
