My biggest question with this kind of theory is more of a philosophical one: why would NASA go to all this effort to make things (like that vacumm chamber) that most of the public would never see (I've never seen it) and then also fake it? And then times this by every single operation they've ever done (or haven't done, depending on how you look at it) the scale of this conspiracy seems far fetched imo

Other than lying; Because they’ve never questioned the level of stupidity people can have. Which, they’re often right.

Now the moon landing has some reasoning and weight behind it due to the space race if you wanna talk about that kind of conspiracy

All I'm saying is, to accept that space, NASA, rockets, the sun, everything is fake, would involve accepting that thousands upon thousands of documents, studies, videos, interviews, pictures etc are all fake too. I don't think it's unreasonable to say that the vast majority of the public don't buy into that

If in the future it's all found out that they were fake, my god that would be the biggest story on earth

when there is a 'conspiracy' everyone isn't told every little detail
compartmentalization
need-to-know
people are only told what they need to do their job
some guy designing a brace to hold something together isn't going to know everything in the project
those who speak up or ask question are warned, ridiculed and gotten rid of

white collar welfare - people don't want to risk losing their jobs
for security violations

I understand that and it makes sense, but I'm talking about the scale of this conspiracy, the sheer scale of it. It seems so big that it wouldn't be containable

its not like every employee for NASA, government, third party contractors know everything about everything and are just lying about it all

And also on the other hand I have to look at what I get out of these concepts, is my life better thinking one way or the other, and the answee for me personally is that my life doesn't change regardless, so I'm quite happy watching live streams of space and marvelling at planets, what's the harm?

Honestly I think too much emphasis is built upon PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW THE TRUTH AND BE FREE. I think most people would just get on with their lives and be like meh, earth is flat now okay

and many people are so brainwashed... they will fight against anything that rubs them the wrong way

its important to study symbolism and etymology

If I woke up tomorrow and saw on the news *world is flat* I'd go woah that's pretty interesting, and then the next day I'd be off to my normal routine

its not just about The World being mostly flat
