with a budget of 660 billion yearly. why can't we get a few billion to just make the schools a lot securer and reduce the risk of a shooting

problem is its fairly easy to modify the fire control group to make it a automatic weapon so you can have these shootings

Which in my opinion isn't a problem as us Brits haven't had guns before on a mass scale for a very long time, and we're still breathing. But I get that other countries have a culture surrounding weaponry now
