Probably not. Most star constellations are so far away. They probably don’t see the wars because of the time it takes for the light to reach them. And another thing is that if they have the technology to see the wars, assuming they’re close enough to see a proper, modern war, I don’t think they have anything to worry about. We still can’t do it. We just see bright balls with the most advanced telescopes

Why would you feel a spin though? Not feeling a spin could even be explained by Newton’s 2nd law. It’s really high speed, yeah. But what eventually matters is the radial velocity and distance. Speed only affects it, because it affects the time for each rotations. But remember it takes 365 days to complete. Feeling a spin would be more unexplainable
