(in relation to the horizon)

2019-04-17 08:17:43 UTC

Im fairly sure it varies per person, ive heard a few different explainations to be honest

2019-04-17 08:18:01 UTC

oh fair enough

2019-04-17 08:18:12 UTC

And i still to this day hear new explanations that i havent even thought about"

2019-04-17 08:18:21 UTC

interesting

2019-04-17 08:18:53 UTC

Hello

2019-04-17 08:19:00 UTC

Hi rev!

2019-04-17 08:19:06 UTC

Whats up

2019-04-17 08:19:08 UTC

I mean many things need explaining

2019-04-17 08:19:20 UTC

Like why you can still see a boat 40 miles out at sea

2019-04-17 08:19:28 UTC

The earth is round

2019-04-17 08:19:38 UTC

*sphere

2019-04-17 08:19:40 UTC

Which theoretically should be roughly 900 feet below eye level

2019-04-17 08:20:26 UTC

Thats a solid mainstream opinion rev, have you dine any personal experiments and seen it yourself?

2019-04-17 08:20:34 UTC

Huh

2019-04-17 08:20:37 UTC

The earth?

2019-04-17 08:20:37 UTC

hello

2019-04-17 08:20:39 UTC

If you have i would be curious to hear

2019-04-17 08:20:45 UTC

i’m new to the flat earth society

2019-04-17 08:20:48 UTC

Hey kelp

2019-04-17 08:20:51 UTC

Hi jelp

2019-04-17 08:20:54 UTC

Kelp*

2019-04-17 08:21:29 UTC

i’m a hardcore flat earther now

2019-04-17 08:21:50 UTC

I dont think its flat

2019-04-17 08:21:53 UTC

Give me some evidence

2019-04-17 08:22:32 UTC

Well there is plenty of "anomilies" that science never really explains

2019-04-17 08:22:49 UTC

Like why a boat out at sea can be seen over 40 miles away

2019-04-17 08:23:00 UTC

Because the sea is empty and large

2019-04-17 08:23:05 UTC

imagine thinking the world is round hahahaha how crazy is that what evidence is there to support a *round earth* lmao like yeah every other planet in the solar system is proven to be round but that doesn’t mean earth is because it’s somehow special and doesn’t follow the rules of physics 😌😌😌😌

2019-04-17 08:23:15 UTC

But based on the dianeter of the earth that would be 900 feet below the curve level at eye height

2019-04-17 08:23:36 UTC

Epic

2019-04-17 08:23:49 UTC

Im glad to hear yoh are so open Aquillon and not judt sarcastic and thinking they are witty like other people

2019-04-17 08:24:27 UTC

Making "jokes" and sarcastic remarks that we totally havent heard about 50 times before

2019-04-17 08:24:41 UTC

Hey you guys aren’t as bad as 24/7 flat earth

2019-04-17 08:24:44 UTC

Yet

2019-04-17 08:25:02 UTC

Treat us with respect and you will be treated as such

2019-04-17 08:25:22 UTC

Huh]

2019-04-17 08:25:28 UTC

you know many people have done tests like what you are talking about @Questioner for example people have used that eiffel tower and the farther away you go the less of the lower end you can seen and it’s a very flat land so there’s only one explanation, the earth is curved

2019-04-17 08:25:57 UTC

You mean the Norte Dame Cathedral

2019-04-17 08:26:06 UTC

i will take part in respectful debate i’m sorry for being rude

2019-04-17 08:26:08 UTC

yikes haha
