I didn't mind
I haven't read the JoJo manga, so Idk how much they cut out for the anime.
Holy shit
Original run October 20, 1999 – present
Episodes 765 (List of episodes)
I didn't know the anime was that old. wow.
I don't think it aired on Toonami till like 2004-ish.
Original run July 19, 1997 – present
Volumes 83
JoJo's :
Original run January 1, 1987 – present
Volumes 117
Probably the same as One Piece.
Jojo will probably end at part 9 or 12
^ Basically. The story is always being added onto.
It's on part 8 now, right?
Ye
Well, I read a page from a trivia book in which the write said he originally meant for JoJo to just be a trilogy. That's why Jotaro is overpowered, cause he's supposed to be the epic badass to finally end the story... But then the story continued. lol
Jotaro is coolio
Part 1 is pretty much FotNS
Part 1 and 2 are very different from the rest of the series.
Good wouldn't be the right word....
It's more like a mash of different genres, mostly an action-comedy with horror elements.
The battles are done with fashionable poses and monologues.
That said, even though it doesn't take itself seriously, it's a pretty good anime.
Nvm, googled. Usually I've at least heard of the animes you mention, but this time I got nothing. lol
Would weebs be able to understand the humor?
I might try to find it. I recently started Death Parade the other day, and also want to check out Blood-C.
Death Parade seems a little slow at times so far, I think I'm on episde 5 or 6.
Blood-C has that gif of what seems like Attack on Titan but with giant monster bunnies instead, and that caught my attention.
Vampire Knight?
As long as it's not Diabolik Lovers. >_>
I haven't seen Vampire Knight due to the whole chick flick vibes I get from it (coming from a guy who likes romantic comedies like Golden Time and Hanagai)
Fucking School Days. 😉
Capital letters engaged: LOLOLOLOL!
It's probably better than Vampire Knight if not even I want to touch VK.
I almost went obscure once. Nearly ended up watching a boy's love without realizing.
I forget the name of the show, but the description gave some kind of Japanese word (not Yaoi) that I didn't know as the genre. After googling it, it was basically Boys Love.
I tried Boku no Pico. I lasted about 11 minutes. It's not even the pedo gayness that made me quit. It's the fact that Poku's lower lip is constantly sucked in like a fucking retard. >_>
And that might be it.
I want to watch Steins. From the screenshots I seen, it has a art style that I like.
Yup, Shounen ai. It was "Legend of Duo"
Paranoia Agent is one of those early animes that got me into anime.
I might rewatch that someday
I think the first for me was Death Note in junior high, then Hellsing. After that it gets blurry.
