I've still gotta finish Resident Evil Revelations too
I was gonna wait until I can get rid of that shitty c-stick though
you've got the circle pad thingy?
oh
ohh right n3ds
I was gonna put one of those PSP 1000 sticks on there instead
They work really well from what I hear
anyway, if you play the game 100% completely blind, it will take you over 100 hours
you may wanna use a wiki for item quests (which aren't as bad as they sound)
I might need it
also, the japanese voice acting was removed on the 3ds version to save space, if you care about that
That's disappointing but understandable
the english VA was done by Brits tho
it's actually really good
there are no generic sounding voice actors
unless you binge BBC daily or something
That sounds pretty nice
Freeshop has a nicer gui wtf
it's made of eshop assets
btw, I don't know if you can afford to delete anything, but stella glow is really good too. flawed but good nonetheless, redownloading it now
How big is it?
lemme check
1.4GB
Not bad
but they also removed the Japanese VA from the english version
some voices are reocurring since it was a north american dub
the localization is very good but you might want to go with an undub
the game has singing in it, so in the english version you can hear characters talking in english and then they suddenly start to sing in japanese with a very different sounding voice
That sounds really stupid
it would probably be stupider if they made the english VAs sing
I think they were just trying to retain quality
also, depending on whether or not you want to replay the game, you should start with a NG+ save (also up on the internet) since that adds more scenes to the ending
or so I heard. I lost all my progress one stage before the final boss
you would need a processor with direct I/O functionality like VT-d for intel
it would require some configuration, and 2 graphic card (one dedicated for the host, and another one for the guest, intel graphics can work though)
I do that on daily basis, my windows 10 is a guest right now 😉
don't expect to do it with virtualbox gui though 😄
you do that daily? what for?
I love VM and I like the fact that I can make a snapshot and test things without having to bother about wrecking my system
