^ The diet I need. Though being poor, some times I can only eat a normal amount of around 2500. For an average person that's enough to maintain their weight, but it ends up making me drop weight.

And no, I haven't had McDonalds in a couple years. :/ The one in my hometown closed down years ago, so I haven't had mcdonalds since I moved back into my mom's house.
