in 2010 statistics serbias alcohol comsumption is at 12.6 litres per year "Pure alcohol consumption among persons (age 15+) in liters per capita per year, 2010[2]" and australia in 2015 is also 12.6

Well im in germany curetly,resriction here is beer 16+ and other alcohol is 18+
