tbf it is a first party game so it's not as surprising

I just looked at the video, microsoft pulled something interesting hardware wise with Directx12 instruction into the GPU (but sadly, that's a thing only console can really afford to do. What would happen to Directx API updates for PC if that was the case ? You would need to change GPU each major updates ? What about developpers ? Should they develop their games with multiple API to not restrict their market ?)

btw @dunce, the util isn't that surprising as there's no movement, physics, etc going on there. Just car staying still. We will need to wait to see the real bench in action

forza isn't about things blowing up everywhere and lots of moving units on the screen, so it's pretty natural to think they can keep up with 60fps

it's still a nice achievement from them

now... if only they had a nice line up of incoming games that doesn't sell on PC or PS4 too, they might pull off something interesting
