fake and gay
Nick was very naive he trusted the Brits & Americans because muh WW1 allies basically and they fucked him hard.
Nicholas was incapable and uninterested in ruling and delegated a ton of authority when Russia needed a strong leader more than ever.

Disavowing devine authority is a post-enlightenment idea. Up until then and through all of human history rulers were considered either divinely inspired or gods themselves.
Romans did it
Egyptians did it
Scands did it to an extent
Greeks did it

Maybe it's my Scandinavian roots showing
I think its more Prot concept to have no hierarchical order
I understand the concept fully, you see a man that seems to "walk amongst the Gods" because he does things that are so brave, fierce, etc., it does make sense. But I still think it's gay.
My grandparents are literal immigrants from Norway I'm a third gen american.
way back when in pagan times even scandis had a pseudo divine-right concept
And at the same time he expected people to shower him with gratitude and reverence regardless of personal weakness. The unwillingness of the Russian Whites to cooperate with other white movements was the nail to their coffin, as they refused to cut their losses. Mannerheim and Finnish White Guard volunteered their support to Whites to re-take St. Petersburg from Petrograd Soviet, but Yudenich refused because that would have equaled recognition of Finnish independence, even if it would have guaranteed capture of St. Petersburg and breaking the spine of the newborn communist state.
It's prot education that tells you no such thing exists
Your concept FullMetal doesnt make sense but agree to disagree i guess
Scandinavians were only catholic for like 100 years so the concepts of Prots took root a lot better there than in other countries
@Kombat-Unit muh russians wont accept I exist
Joke's on them their country stopped existing.
Grandmother's maiden name is Johansen
She married a fuckin mick >_>
My surname is still incredibly scandinavian
Norwegian specifically
I think there is some truth in it , it is also a huge part of American education to mock divine rule
As if it was some crazy guy who said i speak for God now bahahaha
The same way they speak of abstract concepts of the righteousness of democracy
Yeah divine right isn't some crazy guy saying god speaks to him
Founding a country on enlightement values and masonism not even once.
It's more of a pointing out that metaphysical inequalities exist thing
Elaborate on that more
Metaphysical inequalities exist
And every ruler pre democracy was a " Tryant " lol
Not everyone is equal in the spiritual realm or on earth essentially.
Some people have more spiritual clarity than others as an example
And to clarify, I don't assume divine right is some crazy guy saying he's God.
The king is the king because all material comes from and is a mirror of the metaphysical and since he is better than you in the physical one can say he is better than you in the metaphysical
It's more nuanced and communally organized
Essentially
you can replace king with dictator or emperor or whatever you want
