Integrated video with processors have gone a long way
The fact that you can do anything with onboard is pretty cool.
I remember when I was first fixing computers and selling them to people, you could barely do special effects in microsoft office with integrated
its a laptop so im pretty much fucked
nvidia was integrated
i need to build a new system
fortunately it was top of the line laptop whnei got it
sot he CPU picks up a lot of slack
*thinks fondly back to when he used to have money falling out his asshole
well hopefullly teh 4th reich or the EMP will come so i can get back into my career field again 😄
that's assuming we won't have photonic logic circuits.
IBM's already rolled out hardware for testing
Aw
as long as the jews and whatever list im on is gone
ill be fine 😄
What are your port options
Cause you can run an external GPU on a laptop depending on what ports you have.
i looked into it when it died
I've always watned to try it, I just don't have the right shit.
it would be a waste of money, the bottleneck would be huge
I would only suggest it if you have USB-C/Thunderbolt
it wasnt that big a deal, i had bought 3 of these
problem was i had 2 of htem in pawn and lost them there
7 grand in laptops
200 bux
rip
The shit works apparently
it works
but not well
your loading times will be shit
high resources games will still lag
if i had gotten the newer model than mine it would be viable because they had a port built on just for this kind of stuff
Buffering will be very slow due to the bottleneck
Unless you've got a bad ass CPU
i do but stillt he shaders
the CPU can't fix your GPU being slow
USB 3.0 can only run up to a certain speed
thats why thunderbolt/usb c 3.1ish is used
doesn't matter if you had a thousand parallel eGPUs
