You agree the house prices & taxes go up for coastal areas like Viimsi and Pirita and as Tallinn has became more popular, naturally the price goes up.

Estonia is a good digital venue but not for large businesses, if you are local and have been grounded there for a while sure you're set but a newcomer or start-up business will not find it financially appealing. Shit load more money to pour into a bigger business versus just making lots of smaller ones and have the parenting company/franchise HQ located in another country.

I'm pretty sure the second option I gave is what most opt for, or instead just run a small family business as the quality of life is high and tax is low.
