I structured a whole plan where essentially every male lives in the world, performing every day tasks, inventing new creations, every day stuff. All women on the earth have to reside to buildings we make specifically for them where they are chained and are only there to perform sexual acts on men. Each building has its own array of women and all are at different prices depending on obvious factors. There are some charity buildings for ppl who cannot purchase any, but they cannot breed with these women in the free buildings because their tubes are tied. This is to prevent any ppl with low or no income from breeding and creating new life which will most likely just end up being poor and not a functioning memeber of socioety. I laid out a lot more, but that is basically the gist of it. The beginning, at least.
