7 million are illegals, another few million are voluntary uninsured.
no
Yes illegals pull the average down
you dont get to just make up a number for voluntarily uninsured
i dont believe there are millions
the numbers dont reflect that
I'm not, I can probably cite it.
Anyways, of the households with serious medical conditions: 35% **postponed** needed care; 27% skipped a recommended medical test. But of these people, only 23% saw their condition get worse as a result.
What can we infer from this? People who have cancer on the whole **do not** skip such treatment, and of the people that do - a vast majority do not see a worsening condition.
Uninsured adults have 50% postponed needed care; 40% skipped medical tests that were recommended. However 25% reported a worsening medical condition.
ok
so we're running away with the data here
What can we infer from this? Vast majority of people do not skip test or care, of the people who do a little minority see a worsening of conditions.
the people who are skipping care for financial reasons
Which means the survival rate is probably pretty accurate.
are the ones without much money
which is who we're talking about
Yes the data above was because of costs, skipping that is.
yes
the people who arent getting treated
are the people who arent getting diagnosed
are the people who are at the highest risk to die of cancer
are the people who arent represented in the stats
which skew the numbers up
Huh?
Did you not see the data above? 27% of people with serious medical conditions skip reccomended tests
if the nhs lopped the most vulnerable 9% off its patients of its reported numbers
ok champ
i see it
Of these people, 23% had a negative effect on health.
ok
I.e condition worsened.
And that 23% does not mean death either
???
whats your point here
your agreeing with my case
That we can reasonably conclude any effect on survival rates would be small or negligible.
no
we cannot reasonably conclude
I am gonna say the n word
