Depends on the material, general super glue might work or a plastic epoxy. heavy duty staples are a solid way to go.

Here's a quick trick I learned while killing brown people a decade ago, if you get baking soda, and real crazy glue, it makes an adhesive that is used to fill in cracks on the carbon fiber rotors of helicopters.

90% Alcohol in a sealed container for 1hr + Microwave for 5-15 seconds

Just gas it in the sealed container, make sure all the surfaces are soaked.

My white disposable suits get handwashed in 3-5% hydrogen-peroxide mix + water, soaked for 30mins, then tumble tried on highest heat.

My CBRN suits get similar treatment
