so with starting to bulk on food I have been looking into controlling my levels of humidity
I bought a few gauges to test humidity in my place and even bought a smaller and large dehumidifier
My humidity levels were in the high 20s
Started boiling pots of water to raise it and my comfort levels are so much higher
For my gun/ammo/gear/food storage closet I just keep the humidity level low in just that space
for those that are new humidity level for comfortable living should be between 40-60
so my place was dry as a bone
Guess I am just ranting about something that seems so basic that has made me feel better.
But you can buy a humidity sensor on Amazon for 5$
If your levels are too low boil a pot of water
and if it is too high keep your AC on as it will lower your humidity levels

i live on a coast so it rarely goes below 75, free water in the air

During summer I had 25lb bags of flour that molded and the vents of my AC units would start molding
So now that I have large amounts of gear, guns, electronics, food, and guns I am trying to prevent those things.
Even my triggers on a few of my guns saw signs of oxidation.
So essentially I live in high humidity during summer and dry during the winter
But if you have the money you can buy a dehumidifier that you can program to a certain level and it will keep it there
Go get some charcoal, stick it in a tupperware or something, then put it wherever the humidity is coming from
