i want to get eye surgery but i like having the option of wearing glasses or contacts.

I imagine you probably won't miss them after the fact. You can always wear fake glasses if you really do but you won't be fucked in SHTF if you break them

Surgery just isn't cost effective for me. I wear glasses for headaches, not for vision. I'm slightly nearsighted in right eye, far sighted in left. I can see just fine, but i get headaches when reading/looking at things up close
