It's just sad, man.

2020-02-18 21:47:35 UTC

Yeah lol

2020-02-18 21:47:47 UTC

And it still answers his question in a way.

2020-02-18 21:47:53 UTC

So how do those building blocks form life.

2020-02-18 21:48:01 UTC

lol

2020-02-18 21:48:02 UTC

Also, you need life before you can have man lol

2020-02-18 21:48:28 UTC

so we're past the origin, good.

2020-02-18 21:48:35 UTC

Nope

2020-02-18 21:48:50 UTC

not how life was created

2020-02-18 21:49:07 UTC

Those building blocks can form life, but how do they form life?

2020-02-18 21:49:16 UTC

God.

2020-02-18 21:49:19 UTC

And magic.

2020-02-18 21:49:28 UTC

Yes, you do need some form of life to have existed prior to man's existence, since man evolved from some prior form of life.

2020-02-18 21:49:30 UTC

Is that your real opinion Vlad?

2020-02-18 21:49:34 UTC

Yes.

2020-02-18 21:49:38 UTC

It has to be God.

2020-02-18 21:49:42 UTC

Everything else falls short.

2020-02-18 21:50:13 UTC

I don't think you think that...

2020-02-18 21:50:16 UTC
2020-02-18 21:50:17 UTC

Do you really think that?

2020-02-18 21:50:17 UTC

Just because we dont have an explanation for the origins of life doesn't mean its god

2020-02-18 21:50:17 UTC

mate.

2020-02-18 21:50:36 UTC

It could be big chungus 😳

2020-02-18 21:50:56 UTC

No

2020-02-18 21:51:00 UTC

It couldn't

2020-02-18 21:51:21 UTC

Ok the worms didn't just appear, they'd be parasites and be adapted for that lifestyle already and originate from already existing organisms. The origin of life is different because you have no organisms first and suddenly you have them (at least geologically speaking), and there is no evidence at all supporting complex living organisms just spontaneously generate (proboably the simplest of organic molecules or amino acids that can lead to primitive unicellular life though, which is different). Far as we know yes there are conditions that are more conducive to life coming about, but Yusamac is actually right in that this example doesn't work in regards to the origin of life nor the origins of man. Using genetic similarities between organisms and the taxonomy around those examples instead would be far easier to explain in regards to evolution specifically, which covers the origin of man problem.

2020-02-18 21:51:43 UTC

Exactly

2020-02-18 21:52:04 UTC

That being said, this doesn't somehow invalidate the process of evolution (micro or macro)

2020-02-18 21:52:15 UTC

I know

2020-02-18 21:52:30 UTC

I didn't say it did, did I?

2020-02-18 21:52:35 UTC

Nor, again, does it relate to the creation of the universe

2020-02-18 21:52:38 UTC

The entire point was to illustrate how "man can come from nothing", @Cobra Commander.

2020-02-18 21:52:45 UTC

I never said it did

2020-02-18 21:53:00 UTC

Nobody's arguing any of the points you're arguing against. lol

2020-02-18 21:53:02 UTC

you insinuated it earlier

2020-02-18 21:53:03 UTC

@Vlad But he is proving you wrong about that

2020-02-18 21:53:11 UTC

Insinuated what?

2020-02-18 21:53:26 UTC

Addressed to Yusamac

2020-02-18 21:53:35 UTC

But what did I insinuate?

2020-02-18 21:53:47 UTC

I literally said that the idea of the example is that conditions + time = life.

2020-02-18 21:53:59 UTC

That was directed to Yusamac
