The argument is saying that you are denied federal financial aid if you were caught on ANY drug charge.

But this applies to everyone

just because black people do more drugs doesn't mean you are prohibited from going to college

it means if you do drugs and were caught, you are OUT.

i feel like saying this kinda denies the problem about drugs in the first place. drugs were a MAJOR problem in the black community. saying something like "dont do drugs" isnt going to work. you have to change the envoirment @Techpriest

even if you want to try and better yourself you still have alot of fucking roadblocks
