Both hair colored people make 100 000$. now one is at 0 and the other is at 100 000 now the next generation is fucking on the red haired side compared to the black haired side. this cycle continues for a long time. until people try to sort it out but they dont give the black people the resources or opportunites to the red haired people that the black haired people have gained during previous generations.

That means you cant expect the race at a disadvantage to work at 200% compared to the other race especially when that race already faces disadvantages
