Minimum wage laws hit them hard too, before you could hire them cheap, but theyd gain skills and become employable, highly proficient, now u have to hire and pay someone 10 dollars or whatever, wont do that for a fresh, sometimes unskilled black laborer, youd hire a union worker, who tended to be white.
