I love repeating myself thank you for asking as previously stated by myself there would be private security enforces to make sure you aren’t able to use them if you do and they know you are then you’d be banned from using it again until you pay the amount that you are in debt to and I assume companies would work together like the side walk company for instance in this example

Now let’s say you break some rules and don’t pay that quarter this depends on if one company is dominating everything if so you get banned from there services until you repay your debt if let’s say one company owns the side walks and another one owns the roads they may work together to form a coalition where like you can’t use that road till you pay the side walk business back and if you use the one companies road without paying you can’t use the side walk

This could also expand to road companies you can’t use this road because you owe the other road company money and they would do that vice versa as a mutually beneficial solution

Great question workers rights will be achieved one of two ways either A. Unionization happens which is a total possibility or B. The employers make sure employees have no reason to leave the comfortable life they would be living and it would ensure the workers live longer which is better for business

Also do you not realize that without a government the cartels and gangs will rule the country

It won’t be based on who the consumer likes

But based on who they fear

A cop that has no liability for his actions will be paid off

And corrupts insues
