I didn't encountered them for a while until near the end of the game

for some reason the only place where i heard them was at the controller in agroprom underground, but they didnt appear only their sound

I heard of people encountering them in the wild territory

never encountered them myself there

I got the clear sky suit recently. now I have enough radiation resistance to go through the water

@Husania how did you manage to encounter snorks in the swamp?

In the swamp at the north exit to agroprom. Just under the railway theres a larger body of water and i was just walking on the shore when suddenly a snork jumped me, they dont go into the water but when they jump they can land in it. I went further in to avoid the rest and counted like 4 more on the shore

Then i made a run for it to the exit

The strongest mutant I've encountered in the swamps was a bloodsucker that I 1 shotted with my mosin

Today i got a quest from the clear sky cook and he asked me to kill boars including a big one at the center of the swamp

It was bigger than the others and black

And ate like 7-8 shots from my shotgun

Although i loaded buckshot

I did that quest a while ago

I ran into the clear sky outpost, went on the roof and then killed them all either with the axe or the shotgun

@Husania do you still use the sawn off shotgun in your game?

I use a pump action with 7 shells capacity

And i carry like 20 buckshot and 20 of the other cheap one

Shotguns are great because they down mutants easily and dont suffer from the low quality ammo effect like anything else

did you buy that from duty? what documents did you give to them? @Husania

On one hand Bar/Duty base is on a crossroad while military is remote on the side of the map

for me duty only sells the non sawn off versions of the two shotguns you get at the start
