Was at work after some pretty bad rain and stepped in a puddle that was way deeper than I expected and super soaked my work boots and socks

Had to make some foot wraps out of rags so that my feet didn't just die from being soaked for 10 hours

once i went on a 3 month hiking trip, and let me tell you, you're feet get really, really fuckedup

it's not something you really think about as something important, but good clean boots and socks are almost as important as food and water

because your shoes and socks fill up with bacteria from how dirty they become after a few weeks, and it gets rubbed into bilsters and your feet start getting swolen and inffected, eventually your whole foot will rot off
