jesus
I think that they probably wont just because its kind of a big thing
and it doesn't really paint the series in any bad light
instead it represents it pretty well
But goddam, imagine
gw money and those 2 making something in Collab
also the astartes creator is clearing $7k per month minimum based on patreon numbers, i dont think he really needs GW money
I think he uses part of the money to hire out other animators last I checked
If they just threw money at him and said "Hire who you want, do what you want, but it needs to be about this."
I think we could get a dang good thing
Death of hope was done by an artist, not an animator
He's a humble dude, I hate seeing it compared with Astartes.
was it?
damn, then he did a good job all things considered
i mean credit where its due he did better than i could do
hell yeah
One is more for the older way that 40K was and the other is more of the modern 40K
both great in their own respective ways
Astartes from the get go was a determined, well skilled animator. 'Wins' hands down. But Death of Hope was a drawing artist dabbling in animation, much more focused on decoration and design/theme.
Didnt know that
fuck w40k
pretty cool
Ive seen so much argument as if theyre 2 head to head competitors
they arent but they are coming out at the same time and are damn near the only two examples of better than mediocre works by fans
like it makes sense theyre being compared
Ofc, just a shame to see Death of Hope shit on so hard
True, I cant think of anything else that can really compare
i havent been seeing it get shit on
it still has a solid reception
same
Only real thing I have seen is that someone pointed out little mistakes, but the fact that its just 1 dude dabbling in animation is pretty forgivable
Grognards I've talked to have, but thats good to hear.
