Whateve shampoo or soap you use will strip natural oils from your hair and damage the hair. You have to replace the oils after the hair is clean. I recomend Paul Mitchell's The Conditioner.
Condition with it then wash out then after the shower take a pea size drop of conditioner and rub it between youe fingers then rake it through your still damp hair. Leave a little in your hair after the shower. Its good for thw hair and when it dries will make your hair very soft.
