Wouldn't mind having a taurus defender with those .410 shot shells it can take.
Food is what's really important. First thing to happen if shit gets bad is quarantine to our homes, so make sure you can last.
I'd have at least a months supply of food for each person in the house.
Sadly my sig sauer p229 is still in CT
I should probably tell my family this stuff. If they aren't aware already.
FYI the WHO told all social media sites to squash talk about corona. It's bad and we're already in pandemic mode.
We have some food but not well prepared any good resources like a prepping for dummies (and not looking like one)?
Try some of those 1 month kits on amazon like I did. Bit of a warning though, some have a 2 month wait on them right now and selling out fast.
They're a bit expensive though, so be prepared to spend.
God. I can't afford that kind of stuff.
I'm looking for more than just food. Like we aren't really prepared for anything.
Same
Was gonna buy a ps4 with that money for FF7 remake, but health and life is more important, lol.
Canned food is your best bet
instant noodles
Lots of rice
Frozen vegatables
frozen pizza
frozen lots of things
I'd freeze some ground beef too.
But rn. I am not in a good financial status
Like 10 pounds
Canned food best bet then
I'll look into it
it's cheap and can give you the calories you need, along with some vitamins. Also get a couple bottles of vitamins as well..
Being a dependent sucks. At least I have smart parents.
Oh
Big one
Before I got
go
Pull some money out of bank, big chunk like 2k if you can and keep it home. Shit gets real bad there wont be bank runs cause they'll close the banks before they run out of money.
Physical cash will be the first and last thing most will take.
Ahh piss gtg now, onward to home.
laters and good luck all.
You too
Food should be at least some nonperishable btw.
A lot of it depending on if it will last years at a time
@bobdole776 I hope you're not recommending perishable frozen foods for survival situations. If power goes, so does the frozen food. Okay for short term, but focus on non perishable.
canned and dried
