When it's about a candidate or an official, you have to make it obviously a non-satirical lie or the court writes it off.

Thing is, Kolchak. Being a moderate is actually the most _logical_ position. Its the easiest to be in when someone asks you a question based on reality. You can answer it with someone material, instead of a bonafied _opinion_.
