They’re probably one of the most expensive ones because they’re almost impossible to cultivate commercially
where can you find them
You have to go out into the forest and hunt for them or they grow in wood chips in front of expensive apartments or buildings because of irrigation

Cut in half, wash thoroughly, and fry them up in butter. Salt pepper to taste. Makes for a perfect side on a steak
