Once we get positive news about this stupid WuFlu bullshit, it will be fine. But the majority of the fall, was due to the Russian/SA fight on oil, combined w/the media frenzy of the WuFlu. Now, since we're overreacting (IMO) and shutting down cities, the stonks are falling because of lost revenue and people being layed off. Bail-outs I would support would only be for airline operations and within that absolutely no money to CEOs, VPs, etc. (Basically just operational expenses, and regular employees paychecks). Just to keep transportation alive so we can move goods and services around for people as they are quarantined. The checks will help people in the immediate time because a lot of these people now on unemployment or soon to be, will have to wait at least a week or two before checks come from their states. Meaning they are going to be hurting for immediate cash.

But again, until there is a vaccine, or we learn more that its not as bad as everyone thinks it is, I don't see logic behind keeping everything shut down. If there is no vaccine, and we lift city quarantines in a month, the virus can still then flare up again and cause this exact same scenario. (my opinion).
