2020-03-19 04:37:18 UTC

guys, i play plague inc, trust me i know how these viruses work. coronavirus may seem manageable now, but when you think about plague inc, the overlord can make it mutate any second now. first it will start with coughing. then it will cause paralysis. it will eventually cause necrosis and decay. this is how viruses worth. if we don’t apply plague inc logic to the irl world, we will die.

i dont know if a video game can give u an accurate outlook on pandemics but thats cool

2020-03-19 06:12:59 UTC

My intellect is unreachable

2020-03-19 06:13:22 UTC

oh ok

2020-03-19 06:57:56 UTC

Hm

2020-03-19 17:52:03 UTC

I say we take the Halo approach and kill everything the virus could infect

2020-03-19 17:54:12 UTC

China? Is that you?

2020-03-19 17:54:42 UTC

1989 tiannaman square massacre

2020-03-19 18:18:06 UTC

It's not all doom and gloom, I guess

2020-03-19 18:18:43 UTC

Today, the government-owned sports channel in 🇪🇸 has started broadcasting some of the best stuff they've ever broadcasted during their history

2020-03-19 18:20:05 UTC

So far I can highlight...
· 2000 Davis Cup - 4th match of the final - Juan Carlos Ferrero 🇪🇸 vs 🇦🇺 Leyton Hewitt on clay
· 2012 Vuelta a España - Stage finishing in Fuente Dé

2020-03-19 18:20:50 UTC

The 1st one is quite cool because Ferrero and Hewitt were hot shit in 2000, also 🇪🇸 was trying to win their first-ever Davis Cup (Rafa Nadal was attending)

2020-03-19 18:21:53 UTC

The 2nd one is one of Alberto Contador's craziest performances. He attacked on a not-that-hard stage to try and become the new leader of that very exciting Vuelta a España (Contador, Joaquim, Valverde & Chris Froome fighting each other) and somehow pulled it off.

2020-03-19 18:22:54 UTC

I don't know if they can show any race from their MotoGp archive, I really hope they can because they broadcasted all races from the 80s to the late 2000s

2020-03-19 18:24:09 UTC

Fuck, there's another BIG classic:
· 1994 Euroleague (basketball) final - Joventut vs Olympiakos

2020-03-19 19:36:56 UTC

2020-03-19 19:37:02 UTC

Yes sir!

2020-03-19 19:37:11 UTC

i love mushrooms but i don't think i've ever eaten those

2020-03-19 19:37:38 UTC

They’re probably one of the most expensive ones because they’re almost impossible to cultivate commercially

2020-03-19 19:37:54 UTC

where can you find them

2020-03-19 19:38:19 UTC

You have to go out into the forest and hunt for them or they grow in wood chips in front of expensive apartments or buildings because of irrigation

2020-03-19 19:38:42 UTC

I found them in an apartment complex in southern California

2020-03-19 19:38:57 UTC

nice

2020-03-19 19:39:30 UTC

Yup. Definitely a silver lining during these troubling times

2020-03-19 19:42:24 UTC

how do you cook them

2020-03-19 19:43:02 UTC
2020-03-19 19:44:57 UTC

Cut in half, wash thoroughly, and fry them up in butter. Salt pepper to taste. Makes for a perfect side on a steak

2020-03-19 19:50:09 UTC

sounds delicious

2020-03-19 21:26:55 UTC

It is

2020-03-19 21:27:13 UTC

Two years ago i used to go out looking for them with my grandpa at the country side

2020-03-19 21:27:28 UTC

He used to fry them all up and they would be really good

2020-03-19 21:27:42 UTC

The hike was an hour or two but it was definitely worth it

2020-03-19 21:27:53 UTC

Sadly now he's too old

2020-03-19 21:28:11 UTC

I'm surprised be could go with me even back then when he was 90 years old
