my main issue with bernie is that i think his policies will hurt the economy

my friend, who is a hardcore bernie fan, argues that the economy will be fine

because his policies help workers, which will create more wealth

So you probably believe that the government misuses all of the tax money, right? What makes you think that giving them more money to misuse will change anything? Thats why Trump policies work, he cuts taxes, giving more money/power to the people.

Oh I had that argument the other day. It ended up in a loop where they couldnt exactly come up with a metric of what "happier" was. I said generally when you have more money, are more comfortable, have good job opportunities, have less of your money stolen by the gov, etc, people are happier.

The argument I had was "happier", yours is "better", how is that not better?
