You know what keeps me motivated in the gym? My Hatred. I just say "Niggers" and "Kikes" over and over and it pushes me. Use your Hatred guys.

I did pushups yesterday morning until muscle failure, and then did situps, and then ran a mile, and now my lower back is really stiff

I just did 30 curls with each hand with a 25 lb weight, and 15 pushups. That's enough for a skinny fuck like me to feel the muscle siege.

Okay I'll do ten more now
35 curls with each hand.

Just keep working until you can’t do anymore. And exercise everyday unless you can’t (like you got something planned).
Gotta have a rest day, it helps build muscle.

I did about 3 sets and 15 reps of squats on the leg press and the squat machine and a few other exercises. Today was more of a leg day than ab day.
@Jiub nice jewb have to make it where you can. I was on a camping trip the other day and had to run and do body weight.
How do I make pre-workout taste not bitter, and how do I make it dissolve better? Chemistry taught me I need tp heat the liquid to make it dissolve better so I can supersaturate it, but then it’ll be hot and if I cool it down it’ll just sink to the bottom anyways, or maybe crystalize. If I also put sugar in to make it taste better, it’l be even harder to dissolve.
