I buy EOD tech and Hoplite personally, but I get it if you arent in the greatest of budgets

But for home defense and most places AR is better

AR is also more user friendly in terms of designs and even base models are much more modular

AKs are cheap, no more reliable then a good AR unless you buy Russian, and except for more expensive models far less modular

They're cheap to mass produce so they have that going for em

Theres no easy way to switch out stocks, you're without the customization an upper and a lower provides to the average gun owner, not to mention the old "AK is reliable" argument in anything is absurd, it's a weapon it's not gonna fire covered in mud

I do disagree however when they say AKs are inaccurate as hell, but they do often have less of a grouping then your average AR

Anyway I'm done with my Schpeel

AKs aren't cheap though, imho. the ARs are cheaper these days
