my HD AR-15 has a VFG, and i'm replacing it with an AFG once that gets here. the AFG will let me do a "reach around" on my gun to get to the flashlight (or IR laser, if i add that someday) easier. plus, it still has a quad-rail, which cuts up my hand, and the AFG will provide some comfort from that and also heat

yeah, other than the base rifle and the sling, basically everything on it is from Primary Arms

and the sling is like some cheap $20 tac-sling that lets you adjust it with one hand quickly. honestly, it's my favorite sling
