@darkside4125 no, i haven't considered a 5k pistol anywhere in my future lol

2020-04-12 18:14:40 UTC

even when i become a multimillionaire, i don't think i'll see one in my future

2020-04-12 19:47:34 UTC

@John Cavil you can have all the money in the world. All the guns in the world but you can’t buy skill

2020-04-12 19:48:33 UTC

Can buy training though

2020-04-12 19:50:32 UTC

It can but you still have to practicce and put in effort

2020-04-12 19:56:08 UTC

@EliteBeret well. that's sort of true and sort of false. two people, being all else equal, will see the person with better equipment performing better

2020-04-12 19:56:37 UTC

^this

2020-04-12 19:56:47 UTC

i can totes knock deer down better with my scoped shotgun than my iron sights, even though i've knocked down a deer at 100+m using irons on my 12ga

2020-04-12 19:56:54 UTC

this is why you don't waste money on "just as good" gear and buy quality gear from the get go

2020-04-12 20:01:28 UTC

Jesus Murphy that's a price tag

2020-04-12 20:05:23 UTC

Better gear can also help when you're doing long term, as it can save you pain and money in replacements

2020-04-12 20:05:36 UTC

Or shit even in the short term it can too

2020-04-12 20:26:06 UTC

Yeah for sure. But don’t buy more gear if you don’t know how to use the gear you already have.

2020-04-12 20:26:34 UTC

It's a balance for sure

2020-04-12 20:26:45 UTC

You need gear but training is more important

2020-04-12 20:26:49 UTC

And remember the biggest thing, none of it matters if you're a fat fuck

2020-04-12 20:27:00 UTC

Buy once cry once

2020-04-12 20:27:02 UTC

I want a handgun and a bolt action rifle lol

2020-04-12 20:27:20 UTC

semi-auto rifle brah! unless you already have two of those

2020-04-12 20:27:22 UTC

Also pT lol

2020-04-12 20:27:32 UTC

Exercise is the key to it all

2020-04-12 20:27:34 UTC

Maybe get a .50

2020-04-12 20:27:46 UTC

I have one lol

2020-04-12 20:28:03 UTC

I did sprints in my plate carrier today and I wanted to off myself

2020-04-12 20:28:05 UTC

But I want something with a larger caliber

2020-04-12 20:28:24 UTC

Being in shape is important too.

2020-04-12 20:28:43 UTC

Very true lol

2020-04-12 20:28:45 UTC

But you can easily be in shape w/out spending to much money

2020-04-12 20:28:53 UTC

Or any

2020-04-12 20:28:55 UTC

i'd get two semi-auto rifles of same type and then get a bolt action. or at least get parts kits for your semi-auto in case it fails

2020-04-12 20:28:58 UTC

Sniper rifle time

2020-04-12 20:29:40 UTC

You want something larger then a .50 KV?

2020-04-12 21:08:22 UTC

>inb4 he boogs with a 20mm AM

2020-04-12 21:09:15 UTC

Did a bit more research and here are my options- 1.buy a Glock 17 gen 4 from a family member, never fired and can prob get for maybe 300-400(not mos so would have to get milled or new slide) 2. Buy a new Glock 17/19 gen 4 mos 3. Buy a new or used sig p320 or m17/18. 4. Save for awhile longer and get a used fn 509 tactical. Those are my options.

2020-04-12 21:09:39 UTC

Try to get a pre owned glock 17

2020-04-12 21:09:46 UTC

Or 19 if you want to conceal easier

2020-04-12 21:09:57 UTC

if you could get the one from a family member for like $350 that would be a solid deal

2020-04-12 21:10:00 UTC

Glocks are reliable

2020-04-12 21:10:15 UTC

most shops won't charge more than $75-100 to rmr mill a glock slide

2020-04-12 21:10:34 UTC

or sell your complete upper for like $600 on ebay

2020-04-12 21:10:59 UTC

and buy a zev with newly acquired shmeks
