i can believe that at least one m9 was put together with problems

my Ruger GP100 7-round had a cylinder issue right at the outset. it would bind because it was out of alignment. you couldn't even see the problem with your eyes

Berretta stands by there products tho

and i would trust my life to that GP100 and Ruger in general

also, the most popular comp pistol, the sti 2011, regularly have 20k+ round counts without a single jam or malfunction so i would say some comp pistols are pretty reliable lel

yeah, i didn't mean all comp pistols are bad. i was just speaking generally, what someone ends up with when they want to make their pistols better for competition is that they sacrifice reliability
