my recommendation is that you find a camelbak yeah

bc those typically come in 2 or 3 liter sizes and will slip right into a backpack

Another thing is for cheap you can get plastic plates that fill with water to put in a plate carrier to keep your core cool. I have some they’re pretty dope.
